You should add a view of the entire plane and make it so the plane does not turn perfectly like a real plane

Its okay and nothing more. The sound of the plane engine is pathetic & annoying. There are only 4-5 missions then that is it. Waste of money.

Graphics are good, good game play. But $1.99 for 3 missions? Then pay more for fewer missions? Need to wrap it all up in one price.

looks good and plays good. Its kinda hard to get use to flying but once you get the hang of it its pretty cool.

I guess Ill read the description a little closer next time. Play seems kind of buggy with frequent restarts and crashes. The historical aspects seem to have very little to do with the actual game play. Of 50 or more possible targets on the screen on the screen yo are only able to target just a couple of specific aircraft and, when those 2 or 3 or down the mission is over? The Spitfire and Hurricane pilots would have loved that aspect during the war!

I have tried this game and i think it is a great game. I fly in real life, and i love this game.

The controls are wonky, its almost impossible to get a lock-on, and the planes engine sounds like a washing machine. Crap, crap, crap gameplay. Did not enjoy this game one bit. The feel of flight is like guiding a 3-D camera through virtual, weightless space. There is no feel like you are guiding a heavy, powerful warbird through the skies. I will say that the graphics are visually good, but this game plays terribly. I hated this game and am deleting it immediately.

This game is by far the most accurate ww2 flying game from all aspects. The controls are a bit challenging, but after a few minutes of practicing, I am good at it

Spitfire is a fun game with great graphics. Would have to say that there needs to be more missions and more campaigns. Not sure I want to spend money on the pay game without seeing MORE in the free game mode.

Very nice and fairly realistic!

Interface pretty much has what you need for a hard core combat sim: a lock button (to a single target, although pressing it again will bring up the next guy closest to your sights) and a lock viewer that slews your view to the enemy aircraft (a little model of your airplane at the bottom shows you which way youre looking relative to your direction). You also get a rudder slide, but your flying skills wont get taxed to that level. All scenarios are the same: youre in a large furball, surrounded by dozens of fighters, all of whom apparently have orders to circle you endlessly without shooting. Of course, even this pretty and rather harmless parade is still far too difficult if you dont know how to orient yourself in a sim, which is probably the case for just about everybody. By throwing you immediately into a dogfight with a lock on a wiggly target, theres no chance for the uninitiated to calmly figure out which way theyre looking or understand the quirks of handling a realistic aircraft: only increasing frustration as the same target zips by their sights over and over and their bullets disappear behind it. Advanced fliers, on the other hand, get the relaxing pleasure of a leisurely turkey shoot.

Needs more missions and option for enemy to fight back. Still a lot of fun

Worst game ever

This is the beast. Good graphics and when will they have B-22 Bombers out????

Game is ok! I am glad it didnt cost more than 1 dollar. Graphics good! Shakes at times and the enemy do not fight back!

Controls are fairly good, and scenery is nice. Disappointed that enemy doesnt shoot back.
